Please include with your pegs or parts:


Name, email address, return address, how payment was made, LED color(s) (Red,Amber ect) Detailed description of your order and powder coat color (if you are getting powder coat). Also note that your box and shipping material will be reused for return shipping, so please package accordingly. Bolts need to be bagged and qty noted on outside so we know how many parts should have arrived and how many are being shipped back to you. If this info is not included with parts your time frame for return shipping will be delayed.  We are not responsible for loose or missing parts that are not bagged prior to shipping.  Thank you for your purchase.

 

Return/Exchange Policy


Returns/exchange can only be done on non modified OEM parts 30 days after purchase, Those products must be in original condition without wear or use. Returned items are subject to 20% restock fee, refund would be given minus the shipping cost we paid on shipping the product to you. You must pay to ship the product back to us. Returned items must contain a return code "that we will supply" written on the box to ensure you get your money back. Products that are modified from original condition can not be returned, if product arrives or is not working properly please contact us and we will work with you to correct the issue by repair of the work or replacement. All led applications come with lifetime warranty against defects. If you encounter any problems with our led products please contact us immediately.
