Tripage LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments unless insurance is requested and purchased, Our responsibility ends when we deliver the item(s) to the US Post office or other common carrier. CHANGES: Pricing, product availability and offers are subject to change without prior notice. Product depicted may differ from stock available at time of shipment. We reserve the right to substitute equivalent items.
Returns/exchange can only be done on non modified OEM parts 30 days after purchase, Those products must be in original condition without wear or use. Returned items are subject to 20% restock fee, refund would be given by check or refund from original purchase method whichever we choose minus the shipping cost we paid on shipping the product to you. You must pay to ship the product back to us. Returned items must contain a return code "that we will supply" written on the box to ensure you get your money back. Products that are modified from original condition can not be returned, if product arrives or is not working properly please contact us and we will work with you to correct the issue by repair of the work or replacement. All led applications come with lifetime warranty against defects. If you encounter any problems with our led products please contact us immediately.
